This Agreement applies to MoveSee iOS, Android (including Huawei AppGallery version), and its server-side services (collectively "MoveSee Service").

To use MoveSee, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or use under guardian supervision;
• Have full civil capacity, or obtain consent from a legal authorized representative;
• Provide true and accurate registration information;
• Use MoveSee in compliance with applicable laws.

MoveSee has two user roles: Elder (protected person) and Guardian (family member). Both must accept this Agreement.

To register a MoveSee account, you need to provide a mobile phone number and complete verification via SMS code. Nickname and email address are optional.

Account Security Obligations

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and must not share your account;
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately;
• You bear responsibility for losses caused by failure to protect your account.

MoveSee is a health step monitoring and safety guardian app designed for elderly people living alone and their family members. Main features include:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MoveSee solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.1 Authorization Scope

To provide elder safety monitoring, MoveSee (Elder app) needs the following health and activity data:

4.2 Huawei Health Authorization

On Huawei devices, MoveSee reads step data via the Huawei Health SDK. Requirements:

• The Huawei Health app is installed on your device;
• You are logged into your Huawei Health account;
• You explicitly grant step-reading permission when MoveSee requests authorization;
• You have agreed to Huawei Health's terms and privacy policy.

4.3 Revoking Authorization

You may revoke MoveSee's health data authorization at any time via:

• Phone Settings → Apps → MoveSee → Permissions (disable health/activity permissions);
• Huawei Health app → Settings → Connected Apps (remove MoveSee);
• MoveSee app → Settings → Data Authorization.

After revoking, MoveSee cannot read step data and anomaly alerts will stop, but previously stored historical data remains accessible.

4.4 Data Security

Your health step data is protected by AES-256-GCM encryption in transit and at rest, and is only visible to members of your bound family guardian circle.

One of MoveSee's core features is sending timely alert notifications to guardians when elders show abnormal step patterns. Notification permission is critical for MoveSee to function properly.

Notification Types

6.1 Elder (Protected Person)

• Keep the phone with you to ensure accurate step data collection;
• Maintain phone network connectivity for data sync and notifications;
• Verify the identity and trust relationship before authorizing guardians;
• Only authorize genuine family members or trusted relatives as guardians.

6.2 Guardian (Family Member)

• Obtain the elder's explicit authorization before binding as guardian;
• Use guardian data only for caring about the elder's health and safety;
• Promptly follow up with the elder upon receiving alert notifications;
• Do not share the elder's step data with anyone outside the family guardian circle.

MoveSee uses the following pricing model:

Subscription Terms

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery, subject to their respective payment policies;
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date;
• Digital purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law;
• Prices may change with prior notice.

When using MoveSee, you must not:

• Bind someone as a protected person without their explicit authorization;
• Use MoveSee for commercial surveillance, stalking, or harassing others;
• Attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the MoveSee app or servers;
• Use automated tools to mass-scrape or manipulate MoveSee data;
• Impersonate others or provide false registration information;
• Share others' health data in ways that violate their privacy;
• Use MoveSee for any illegal activities.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, in severe cases, legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MoveSee is provided "as is" without warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of step data;
• We are not liable for notification delays or omissions due to network delays, device failures, or system maintenance;
• Users bear responsibility for any decisions made based on MoveSee data;
• We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this service;
• We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of MoveSee services at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance via in-app notifications or email.

You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your account data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period (except data required by law to be retained).

We may immediately terminate your account for: violation of this Agreement; fraudulent or illegal activities; harm to other users.

All intellectual property rights in the MoveSee application, brand identity, UI design, algorithms, and related documentation belong to OpenThink. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Your personal information and step data belongs to you; we only obtain the usage authorization necessary to provide you the service.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit to the competent People's Court at OpenThink's place of registration.

For users outside mainland China, disputes may be submitted to a competent international arbitration body.
